We help Malaysian businesses improve product identification and coding workflows with low-maintenance, cartridge-based Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) printing solutions, supported by genuine consumables and responsive local assistance.
What We Do:

Industrial Coding & Marking: We supply BENTSAI handheld and industrial inline printers for printing batch numbers, expiry dates, text, serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes and logos on suitable cartons, plastic, metal, glass, wood and other materials. Direct printing can eliminate the need for stickers in supported applications.

Application & Product Consultation: We help customers select a suitable printer and ink according to the actual material, required print size, production speed and operating environment. Product demonstrations and sample assessments may be arranged upon confirmation.

Local Support: Customers have access to local setup guidance, technical assistance, repair coordination and warranty support for eligible BENTSAI products supplied by PTS Technology.

Ink & Consumables: We maintain ready stock of commonly used BENTSAI ink cartridges in Kuala Lumpur. Specialty colours and ink formulations are available subject to confirmation.

Office Solutions: We also support Malaysian SMEs with printer leasing, original ink and toner cartridges, office-printing solutions and contactless access-card systems.

Fantastic value and quality from PTS Technology SDN BHD. We compared with our old CIJ system and the difference is night and day—clean, sharp print with reliable ink longevity. The demo convinced us to go with three units for our carton marking, and the compact design fits nicely in our cramped warehouse spaces. 🏷️🏢
The staff is professional and helpful, and replacement cartridges arrive quickly from KL. If you’re printing large text on outer cartons, this setup is worth checking out.
