The BENTSAI BT-HH6105F is a single-head thermal inkjet (TIJ) printer for production dates, expiry dates, batch numbers, serial numbers, text, logos, barcodes and 2D codes. Its half-inch printhead produces codes from 2.5 to 12.7 mm high, with 1–5 lines depending on the layout.
Create and manage messages on the 4.3-inch touchscreen, or import data for changing serial numbers and batch records. The 6105F supports handheld use and photocell-triggered inline coding with a suitable installation.

The 6105F supports compatible water-based and solvent-based inks, with one cartridge and one colour at a time. Confirm the cartridge, chip compatibility, colour and local availability with PTS before ordering. Select ink for the actual packaging surface, not only the printer model.
Water-based ink can suit absorbent materials such as uncoated paper, cartons and wood. Solvent-based ink can suit selected plastics, glass, metal and aluminium foil. Coatings, moisture, oil and surface texture affect adhesion: test drying, rubbing and readability on actual production samples.
For manual printing, move the printer smoothly across the material and use suitable positioning aids. Inline printing requires a compatible photoelectric sensor, stable mounting, product guidance and a controlled print distance.
